Our story

Started in Syracuse, still answering our own phone

Onondaga Appliance Repair began with one van, one toolbox, and a simple observation: when an appliance dies, people don't want a call center, a case number, and a two-week window. They want a person who picks up, shows up, and fixes the thing.

That's still the whole business model. Our technicians live and work across Onondaga County, so the drive to your door is short and the schedule stays flexible enough for same-day visits. The vans are stocked with the parts that fail most often in the brands local homes actually own, which is why most repairs are finished the first time we visit.

No franchise playbook, no commission-driven upsells. If a machine is worth fixing, we fix it and put a 90-day warranty on the work. If it isn't, we say so and you keep your money.
